• My name is Alyssa. 
• I’m sixteen years old and a sophomore in high school.
• I’m part of a Leadership & International Relations program at my school. 
• My favorite musical artists are Florence + The Machine, Owl City, 30 Seconds to Mars, Fleet Foxes, Paramore… and lots more.
• I’m currently learning French and I want to learn Welsh.
• I do horseback riding and yoga.
• I’m a photographer, writer, and artist.
• I have played the cello for nine years and taught myself guitar.
• I’m an Invisible Children activist, and have been for a few years. Kony 2012 blowing up all over the internet has brought on some stress, but nevertheless, I’m amazed that we’re finally getting this exposure.
• I live with my mom, dad, younger sister, and two toy poodles.
• My eyes are hazel, and the outer layers change quite often. The inner parts are a warm brown, while the outside layers alternate from brown to green to blue to grey, and even a orange-yellow.
• My friends: Belle, Iria, Carrie, Isabelle, Michaela, Reki, Rumeesa, Tallie
• I’m a perfectionist.
• I’m a pescatarian, but I eat vegan food as often as possible.
• I’m extremely introverted.
• I love light, sun rays, bokeh, afternoon showers, late night walks and deep talks, spoken word poetry, french music, photoshoots, organic and healthy foods, seaweed, salads, fizzy drinks, greens and light blues and yellows, journals, antique books, being with friends, and warm, summer rain.
• I can’t handle cold weather. I LOVE when it’s hot and humid, and I’m talking ninety degrees and sticky air, not any of this seventy degrees and breezy jazz.
• I’m a Capricorn on an Aquarian cusp, and my sign fits me incredibly well. I think Astrology is fascinating.
• 3rd generation iPod Nano is the way to go. 
• I rant and debate a lot.
• I own a Polaroid and a Canon Rebel T3i.
• I’m a pagan.
• I am obsessed with green tea.
